At Pott'd US, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Package Securely
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and securely tape the return label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
